My mom got this recipe from the news. It is what the wife of the St. Louis Ram's football coach made all the players before games. It is simple and scrumptious!
1 Onion
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 (15oz) tomato sauce (or chopped tomatoes)
2 c. chicken broth
¼ c. brown sugar
2 c. chicken broth
¼ c. brown sugar
8 chicken breasts
flour
DIRECTIONS
Saute chopped onion in olive oil and add 2 cloves crushed garlic. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, and sugar and simmer until sugar dissolves.
Flour eight chicken breasts and brown in olive oil. Place chicken in a casserole dish and pour sauce on top. Bake at 350 F for 60 min. Serve over rice.
