INGREDIENTS
¾ cup cornflakes, crushed
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
½ cup butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, and the salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in melted butter, and then roll in cornflake mixture to coat. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13” baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Makes 8 servings.
