(I forgot to top with mozzarella cheese.)
Ingredients
2 c fresh spinach
1 pkg (8oz) neufchatel cheese (softened)
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
1/3 c. artichoke hearts (chopped)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
cracker or chips
Directions
Cook spinach with a little bit of water in a pan until wilted. After cooked, chop spinach. Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, artichokes, and garlic salt. Put in pie pan or quart size dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is golden brown. Serve with chips or crackers.
