Honey-Ginger Glazed Tilapia

Our friends who moved also gave us some tilapia!  I found this recipe on ourbestbites.com.  So good!  I tweaked the dipping sauce because I didn't have all the ingredients it originally called for but it was still pretty awesome.

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger
2 gloves garlic
2 tsp olive oil
4-6 (4 oz) tilapia fillets

Creamy Dipping Sauce:
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
juice and zest of 1 small lime
1/2 tsp parsley
1-2 tsp minced cilantro (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and oil.  Marinate fish in mixutre for 20-60 minutes.

While fish marinates, make creamy dipping sauce by mixing creamy sauce ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Heat pan over medium heat and spray with oil.  Cook fish for 4-6 minutes per side of until it easily flakes with a fork.  Serve immediately topped with dipping sauce and optional cilantro.
