Nick wanted a dessert tonight but I didn't really feel like spending a lot of time so I made dessert crepes.
Crepes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 c cold water
1/2 c milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 c flour
2 Tbsp butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
Heat crepe pan over moderate heat. Mix all ingredients together. Grease pan and pour 1/4 c batter into pan. Rotate pan to spread batter. Turn when lightly browned to cook other side.
Fill with chocolate sauce and sliced strawberries. Fold in both sides and drizzle with chocolate.
For the strawberry garnish make 5 cuts into the strawberry. Only cut up to the leaves. Spread the slices out to make a fan.
