I love chicken salad! It tastes delicious in a pita! I could eat this everyday! Yes this is not the healthiest because of all the mayonnaise but I use light! :)
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. dried dill
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 bunches green onions
8 chicken tenders (or 4 chicken breasts)
2 Granny Smith apples, cubed
1 1/2 c. red grapes (halved)
DIRECTIONS
Bake chicken, cool, and cube. Mix together first 6 ingredients to make sauce. Add apples,grapes, and chicken. Mix and chill. Stuff into pitas.
