INGREDIENTS
3 cooked chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayo
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup monterrey Jack cheese
1 head broccoli cut in 1/4 in pieces
3 c cooked rice (1 1/2 uncooked)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375. Shred chicken. In a large bowl combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, mayo, cheeses, broccoli, rice, pepper, and salt. Place in a 9x13 greased dish. In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle bread mixture on top. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
