Cinnamon Streusel Blueberry Muffins

I found this recipe online.  It is supposed to be like the muffins from Einstein's Bagels.  Of course, I tweaked it a bit and made it a little lower in fat.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/3 c vegetable oil
1/3 c sour cream
2 eggs
1 c milk
2 c fresh blueberries

Crumb Topping
1/2 c white sugar
1/3 c white flour
1/4 c butter, cubed
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Grease or line muffin pan.  Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.  In a separate bowl mix together oil, sour cream, eggs, and milk.  Add to flour mixture.  Fold in blueberries. Fill muffing cups 2/3 full.  For crumb topping mix together sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon.  Mix with fork and sprinkle evenly over muffins before baking.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.

(This is a muffie made with a muffie pan.  Basically it is like one giant top of a muffin.)
